As you know I wrote to NCP on 17 May about our ordeal last Thursday trapped in their lift in Edinburgh. The acknowledgement on their web-site said,
Thank you for your enquiry.
A representative from the selected service will be in touch with you shortly.
Now, when they say ’shortly’ do you think they mean within a day? within a week? within a month? Never?
I want to keep this pot boiling, so I’ve written to them again - I quoted my letter of 17 May and added
“I have not yet heard from you.I would have thought that you would have wished to respond quickly, even by way of acknowledgement - given the absolutely appalling experience which I had in your car park.
May I also point out that the readers of my blog are interested in your response
I look forward to hearing from you”
As I said at the beginning, don’t hold your breath readers.
